Margot is a Belgian creative director & consultant based in New York, specialized in fashion and luxury.

Previously she was a creative director at Baron & Baron, where she worked for a decade. She led the development of the quarterly Dior Magazine for seven years and has extensive experience working for fashion, fragrance, and hospitality clients. Through countless productions she's learned how to not only concept and ideate, but also execute and deliver the right solution for the brands she works with. Margot has a global network of talented collaborators across photography, film, art direction, graphic design, digital, and production. She loves identifying and nurturing unique creative talent and bringing out the best in any team she works with.
